With our In-Home Service, We Come to You! Our Certified Technician will travel to your Home or Facility (up to 30 miles) to provide thorough Head Checks / Treatments on your whole family / facility. (31- 45 miles) an additional (1) time Travel Fee of $50 will be added to final bill. Flat- Rate of $299 (per person), Plus $49 Head Check Exam Fee (per person) No Extra Fees, Mileage is Included in the Initial Fee (within 30 miles). We Do Not Travel Over 45 Miles- A $299 (equivalent to 1 treatment price) Deposit Is Required at Booking to lock in your appointment. Which goes toward final bill. Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable Without a 24hour Cancellation. No Exceptions!
